Dr. Deepak Mehta

Combining a genuine passion for teaching and outstanding materials knowledge, Dr Mehta is a precious member of ThePrime Club. He holds a BDS degree from Bangalore University, a Master’s Certificate in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, a Post Graduate Certificate program in Aesthetic Dentistry and a PhD in Dental Materials. He was Professor in the Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics, V.S.Dental College & Hospital, Bangalore until January 2015. Accredited & board member of the Indian Academy of Esthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry (IAACD) and founding member of the International Association of General Dentistry (IAGD), Member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Indian Academy of Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry for the year 2012, Dr. Mehta authored several articles on direct and indirect bonding technique and contributed to the text book on Restoring with Flowables, Quintessence publishing, 2017 by Douglas A Terry. He is currently in the Editorial review board for the Journal of Contemporary Dental Practice, Journal of Oro-facial & Dental Research, Journal of International Oral health, World Journal of Dentistry, Journal of Conservative Dentistry, Dental Poster Journal, Dentition & Guident.

Endowed with a unique gift of imparting with his knowledge to others, Dr. Mehta holds workshops & lectures on Bonding Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry & Endodontics. His dental practice in Bangalore emphasizes esthetic dentistry & focuses mainly on minimally invasive/adhesive dentistry & endodontics.
