Directa TrollFoil is an 8 µm articulating foil that delivers precise occlusal contact marking on moist enamel and polished restorative surfaces, distinguishing true contacts from false-positive readings common with thicker papers. Double-sided ink allows simultaneous marking of both arches, while the semi-rigid frame keeps the foil tensioned for one-handed placement without articulating paper forceps. TrollFoil mini offers the same performance at just only 4.5 µm.
