Place it under the patient’s tongue for optimal collection of unwanted moisture under the sublingual area. DryDent Sublingual should be slightly moistened before placement to allow for easy and individual adaptation to the patient’s sublingual area. Saliva ejectors can be placed over DryDent Sublingual to minimise uncomfortable soft tissue suction.
Its super-absorbent properties provide a super-dry oral environment during a variety of procedures. Patient comfort is enhanced by the smooth, soft material design that reduces uncomfortable swallowing reflexes.
Available in two sizes:
Large size: 38x60x2 mm, package of 40 pieces
Small size: 30x50x2 mm, packages of 50 pieces
Normal secretion: 0,25-0,35 ml/minute. Stimulated 1-3 ml/minute.
For adults one big DryDent Sublingual and two DryDent Parotid absorb about 16 ml of saliva during a 30-minute treatment.
